Being a very driven person, I find joy and satisfaction in productivity and effort. It makes me feel so good to look back on how hard I have worked and how far I can push myself.

The desire and excitement of reaching a goal tends to turn into an overwhelming and never ending trap where there is no way to fully feed the craving of success.

I decided to do a mental map/ internal diagram of all the thoughts and feelings that were rushing through my body and mind. Feelings of exhaustion, frustration, and struggle for more energy to finish everything I had put on my plate.
